Vibration

A collaboration between Rita Góbi (HU) and Ryuji Yamaguchi (JP), Vibration is a physical poetry of the live body that explores attraction and repulsion, and irregular rhythm. Burning in the colors of red and orange, and trapped within a circular magnetic field, two figures vibrate in tension until the heart tears apart. Vibration premiered in Budapest, Hungary in February 2018. Góbi and Yamaguchi began collaborating on the work in the summer of 2016 at OMI Dance Residency in the United States.
